Objective

 Provide for the care and maintenance of all physical properties.

Responsibilities

 Building maintenance, grounds maintenance, inventory, insurance coverage evaluations, website, time and talent congregational inventory.

Meeting Schedule

 6:00 pm - 2nd Tuesday of the month.

Constitution/Bylaws:

Bylaws Part IX(1) …shall be responsible for the care and maintenance of all physical properties of the congregation. …shall check all real and personal property in full detail at least once each year, including the establishment of appraised values of each, and maintaining a current inventory at all times. …shall call to the attention of the Congregation Council and/or the congregation all necessary repairs or improvements of facilities. In addition, …shall make recommendations to the Congregation Council for all necessary maintenance and service contracts. …shall also include being responsible for adequate insurance coverage of all kinds, presenting such programming to the Congregation Council as a whole for approval. The coordinator shall be an ex-officio member of the Finance Committee.
