Objective: Mission: "1) To maximize opportunities within
Emmanuel Lutheran Church for the professional growth of
a pastoral intern. 2) To support and encourage the
intern to make the very best use of his or her God-given
talents."
The intern and supervising pastors have weekly
meetings, addressing issues of ministry.
Sermons, lay schools, teaching opportunities and
confirmation classes are done.
Many opportunities outside the church are
introduced such as prison ministries, work with
homeless shelters, ecumenical organizations
(Associated Ministries), etc.
Monthly meetings for support.
